The interview process started with an HR screening, mainly focusing on communication skills and background. This was followed by a technical interview based on my core area of expertise, where I was asked practical questions and real-world scenarios.

The interview process was highly focused on academic knowledge, frameworks, and written documentation approaches, with limited emphasis on practical, hands-on experience. Most questions revolved around theory—such as which frameworks to use and how requirements should be documented—rather than real-world delivery scenarios.
The interview atmosphere felt formal and not very engaging. There was a strong focus on availability and expectations around work-life balance, including questions about working extra hours and weekends. Some personal questions were also asked, which felt outside the scope of assessing role suitability.
Overall, the experience did not leave a strong impression of a collaborative or people-focused culture, and by the end of the interview, it did not feel like the right fit for me.

It was a 3 part interview where you have to sit for an IQ test and once you are through with it, you'll be interviewed by two employees of the domain of your interview. Once you are through with that, you'll have a chat with a chief level employee. Probably CTO. Then you are in. Very professional and yet challenging. Good experience
