Discord's interview process was very thoughtful and thorough. It really felt like they took the time to get to know me as a person in addition to making sure I was a professional fit. I had a recruiter screen, a call with the hiring manager, completed a project and presented it to the hiring manager and one other person, and then moved on to the final interview panel. While the last round of interviews consisted of a lot of back-to-back conversations, it made me feel confident that they were dotting their Is and crossing their Ts to ensure I was the right person for the job, which I appreciated because it means they really care about who they bring on board and want to make sure they're set up for success. Once I got the offer, I felt a huge sense of accomplishment in completing the extensive process and also knew more about the company I was signing up for than I typically have in the past.
