As someone whose world is revolved around candidate experience and interviewing, I was really impressed with my own experience from beginning to end. The process was industry standard with an exploratory call with the sourcer, HM interview, and lastly invited to a virtual "onsite" interview via Discord platform. When the process was all said and done, I connected with 8 different people and each was as welcoming, inclusive, and warm as the next. I wrapped up my experience with the impression they are a value-led company before all else and genuinely care about one another with a flourishing/harmonious culture. Great job at the executive leadership level on fostering and empowering such a healthy environment for all to thrive in. Too soon on if I am receiving an offer, but whether I do or not, whoever does will be very lucky and know you have a fan and an ally on the other side rooting you all on!
