Only did the hiring manager call and the initial technical interview. Prior emails indicated that the question I would be asked would be about processing JSON, which is relevant to the role. I was underprepared for the topic of the question to change at the last minute, without notice. It seems the process may be fairly unorganized; but receiving a review that I was underprepared for a question that was neither hinted at, nor relevant to the role I was applying for was an unpleasant experience.
