basically i spoke with the manager of a discount tire store and filled out an application, the manager was interested with me and asked if i had any health risks or any disablities, told me the job requires safety glasses at all times and that safety is number one. told me that about being able work my way up, and that everyone including bruce halle started out as a tire tech.

I walked in and sat down and interviewed. They started with asking if I wanted water. And we just talked like it wasn’t an interview. And had a conversation. They asked where I saw my future and I responded truthfully and said I had no clue. At the end he offered me a job and I started a few days after
Interview process was the worst. Waited over 30 1 hour for management to say the hiring manager wasn’t available . So unprofessional when they were the ones who scheduled the interview
