Meet first with the HR representative for about a half hour. Then went through a one hour interview with two project managers. Pretty standard process. Next level of interviews was with two Senior Managers. Not very difficult. Last interview was Director level. At this point, you have the job and discussion is more centered around how Discover works and the way they go about things.

Brought in internally for a primary interview after approved by HR. After interview, was notified within a week of the result. Easy process, much easier than external hire, which requires phone screen, two interviews, and background check. The questions were mostly data and analysis-focused, which was suitable for the job. Not a lot of generic gimme questions.
