2 interviews: One with recruiter and one with the hiring manager. Hiring manager joined to the interview with another team member. So the team member could ask his questions as well.

The questions were pretty straight forward such as 'Tell me about yourself?'
Each role involves 3–4 rounds of interviews with different interviewers. The process appears to lack consistency and may be biased, as recruiters do not seem to consider previous feedback before deciding to proceed with further interviews for different roles.

Standard behavioral questions to check if you are a fit. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and it was more of a conversation than an interview.
