Sue gave me a tour of the various exhibits in the Discovery Cube, describing what volunteers would do in the various locations, and we chatted in the interview room. On a later date (after I completed the live scan), she presented a lecture giving further information for new volunteers.

I had 2 interviews via zoom. After that I was completely ghosted. Followed up two times and heard nothing. Waste of two hours of my time. Interviews themselves were fine but very unprofessional to not respond at all.
