Three rounds of face to face interviews with various members of the team on Microsoft Teams. No presentation or testing undertaken. Lots of repetition with questions but very authentic at the same time. Relaxed yet professional.

A series of online interviews for an onboard HR Manager role, 1st stage with a Senior Recruiter, 2nd Stage with current incumbent and managers and final stage with HR director. Interview process although seemingly lengthy was well structured and Disney were very accommodating to time differences, changing schedules etc.
