Pathetic Experience. The interview got rescheduled 4 times. Every time HR had some reason or other to postpone. When it finally happened the interviewer showed up late. He seemed so disinterested in taking interview as if he was forced to take the interview. He gave the link of Hackerrank and asked just to read the question. Once you understand just go and implement most optimal solution. Totally no discussion! When you were done with writing the code he just asked any question and dropped off. Hotstar if you are seriously hiring good talent then don't send such folks to interview who are there just for time pass.

Entrevista
They have a pathetic Interview process. They do a lot of rescheduling and that too just at the time of the interview. The process started in June 2022 and I have given 2 interviews, for these 2 rounds, they have rescheduled the interview at least 9-10 times. After giving my 2nd round I got the feedback as positive and they want to schedule 3rd round at the time of the interview again the same thing happened which is rescheduling. I gave my availability for the 3rd round again and then after 2 days, they terminate the process suddenly without any reason.
