I went to an audition then received a call to join the team. During the audition rounds they sent people home and we moved on through the rounds. There is a panel of people watching you perform and talking about you whilst writing things down.

Fairly straightforward and what I was expecting as I had done my research beforehand. The interviewers were nice and friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
