Filled out an application online. A few hours later I received an email asking me to fill out a personality survey which was kind of short. The next day I got an email asking me to schedule an in-person interview. The first in-person interview was short. They just asked me about my prior jobs experience and how I would handle certain situations. It felt pretty relaxed. I was put on a waiting list for a second interview which took about 2 months. The second interview was with an actual photopass manager who asked me to sell him a photo package and he asked me how I would handle certain situations.
