Short. Direct. Clear sense of what they’re looking for. Very corporate and not much room to create a dialogue. Still holding them via zoom. Overall process was very slow. But questions were easy. Mostly situational.

1 HR screening interview with 2 follow up of the direct report teams. In the first two they were more concerned about me and my personality and leadership. Third interview more concerned about my work style.

Very easy, Follow through was good. Made you feel comfortable and relaxed during the interview. Really don’t have a negative comment. The only thing was the length of time to be offered position from completing application through the interview process.
