The first interview was a remote "culture screen", where the HR rep tried to gauge whether a candidate will be a "good fit" for their agency's culture, which they're apparently very particular and protective about. The interview was very easy with zero job-specific/technical questions, and the interviewer was incredibly friendly and polite. There were 5-6 other candidates on the call (I believe it's the only interview that's done in a group) and we each took turns to respond to three questions, so all told, each candidate perhaps had 4-5 minutes of speaking time in a thirty minute meeting, with a brief opportunity for questions at the end. I only had the initial culture screen interview. I wasn't a tremendous fan of the group interview setting, as in the end you're trying to brag about yourself in front of other candidates fighting for the exact same role, but that's what Disruptive feels is best for their hiring process.
