It took only a week or so to get an email back (I presume they were actively looking to fill this position). A telephone screening was arranged. It was performed by someone relatively new to the company, but he asked the standard set of questions to see how serious of a candidate I was and did a good job of it. A week later, I was asked to visit the office for a day of interviews. The interviewers ranged from HR, producers, and senior engineers to the VP of Engineering. They were thorough and reassuring while asking questions about my experience and technical questions/tasks aimed at probing knowledge coverage. There was only one interviewer who made me feel a little nervous with unclear expectations. The rest asked questions to gauge my problem-solving process. Along the way, I was encouraged to ask my own questions about anything in the company (interviews are mutual, after all) and the answers have turned out to be very accurate.
