Recruiter was great. Pay transparency with the role, I was offered what was promised in the initial screening, no bait and switch. A total of 3 interviews over 3 weeks, not including the recruiter screening. It was a thorough process, but not overwhelming. Team moved fast to make an offer, which was appreciated.
