I sent my resume to the CTO and after no more than two hours I got his reply, asking a few questions about working eligibility, expectations, and then scheduled a phone interview. The interview focused on technical questions, as well as the understanding of the company's business. At the beginning, the interviewer introduced himself, telling me about the company which is start-up. Then I was asked to tell something about what's company is doing now. After these simple questions, the interview moved on to technical questions about PHP and JavaScript. At the end, the interviewer letted me to ask a few questions to anything about the company or their team. I got the offer of the internship one week later.
