interview by phone then interviewed face to face by head of department and i think he was a floor manager. Very quick to get the role. HR was nice, floor manager asked strange questions

Phone call asking few simple questions. Group assessment carrying out tasks with 5/6 other individuals then speed interviewing with 3 different interviewers few minutes each which wasn’t the best type of interview. Friendly staff so no need to be nervous.
