The interview process was extremely long and heavily technical, involving multiple rounds over nearly two weeks. Despite the time and effort invested, there was zero communication or follow-up afterward. Candidates deserve timely updates and professional transparency, especially after such an extensive process.

Entrevista
i did one interview which i thought went well then didn't hear anything for about a month. got a call for a second interview and was also given an assignment to work on. it was coding in javascript, it was kind of interesting though i don't love doing free work and the assignment did not include any documentation writing it was just coding. there were i think two more fairly long interviews and then i received an email they went with someone else. they said they wanted someone with more mobile dev experience which was strange since this was not mentioned at all in the posting nor was it part of the task they gave me to do.
The interview is good and on time everything will be conducted without any hassle. This is basically a remote job and certain benefits of wfh are given. The role requires good communication and listening skills. Also understanding the various policies
