In person with 3 folks. Then it took them forever to make an offer. By the time they did, I have found another job. Also their offer was from an intermediary company and not them directly.

1 Formal interview with VP. Discussion based as opposed to question based. It was relaxed and informal, with the interviewer more concerned about understandinng me a as person as opposed to any hard metrics re qualifications etc.
