Overall seemed like a great place to work. Lots of things in the works to add efficiency, so that's a positive. One thing I noticed while comparing to other jobs I was interviewing for, was they were not as competitive for compensation. For the responsibilities they were requiring, I was able to find a job with similar duties for $20k more. In order to get that great talent, they may consider offering more. Also, do not take so long to offer someone the position! Great talent gets scooped up real fast!
