Informal one on one, we went to the office and he asked me about my work history. It wasn't anything too strenuous. He asked me some IT questions about how a client talks to a server in general.
Afterwards he shook my hand and said that HR would give me a call. Nothing special about the interview process.

Entrevista
The interview was conducted by 2 individuals and was a very relaxed atmospher. I took off my coat and tie at the beginning of the interview to better match the feel of the atmosphere. One of the interviewers would be my future boss and the second person was from HR. They were more interested in my personality, communications, interpersonal skills and my commitment to the company rather than my actual technical skills which were quite limited.
