I did not have a recent one of note that was directly related to programming. I was reading lots of related books to shore up my craft, including the one directly related to the role. Understandably, I felt my answer was weak here, and it was asked more than once. Having been on the job hunt for far too long (years), I have had trouble figuring out how to slip significant coding projects into my schedule and didn’t want to lean on older/student work, so I have personally been really stuck. Try to avoid being caught in this position in the first place; how, I cannot give you useful advice.
