Recruiter responded well to a tight timeline and arranged a quick loop and screening calls. Initial conversations were ok however there were some pretty serious signals that caused me to drop out. The interview process was pretty straightforward, just asked more practical-focused questions rather than conceptual or algorithms. Overall I found the interview process to be pretty simple, short, and predictable. The interviewers did not try to trick me or ask me any obscure questions, the focus was definitely on best-practices and coding techniques I normally use.
