The process consisted on two interviews:
- First with HR and tech roles where is checked the candidate's experience, cultural fit and technical skills

Had an interview with a recruiter, and everything seemed fine. At the end he explained the whole process, and said that he would send a link for a technical test for the next step in the process. He also added “you have until next Friday to complete. Let me know if you need more time”. So I waited for this link which never arrived. Asked him 2 times more by email, no answer. Very frustrating and disrespectful. Is this the good side of IT you mention? More human? At least non ethical. Of course, he had all the right to not like me. But be honest, say “we will be evaluating your profile altogether with others and get back to you next week if you may be shortlisted”. Done! Simple, and human!
