Entrevista
First screening with recruiter to learn about the position and the role and the hiring process. Then you have basically an math/intelligence test to take, which is quite intense, you need to get a 80% score to pass. If you do, then you meet the hiring manager, this is where you discuss more about the role and company and they ask more info about your background and motivation for joining. After this, you have 7 days to complete a home test. In my case, it was split into 2 parts, one on data analysis and then on creating a product strategy and a presentation with the findindings. If they like it, you get to present it to the hiring manager and a stakeholder. If you pass this, you finally meet the team. In parallel, they'll ask you for references and they'll have calls with them. Then I finally got the offer. The process took several weeks and the communication from the recruiter hasn't always been very quick, but overall it all went well.

Mi proceso de entrevista en Docplanner consistió en un primer filtro con el equipo de Talent Acquisition, seguido de una entrevista con mi futura manager, un test técnico (whiteboard interview) y varias conversaciones con equipos técnicos (desde dirección hasta miembros del equipo), así como con una directora del área de negocio.
Fue un proceso especialmente completo y bien estructurado, en el que hubo mucha transparencia sobre la posición, tanto en sus aspectos positivos como en los retos asociados.
Me gustó particularmente el seguimiento muy personal por parte del equipo de Talent Acquisition y el feedback recibido al final del proceso, donde explicaron por qué consideraban que era un buen candidato y qué aspectos de mi perfil podía mejorar.

Sin entrar en preguntas específicas, el proceso estuvo orientado a evaluar no solo mis conocimientos técnicos como Product Manager, sino también mi curiosidad y mi product mindset. A lo largo de las entrevistas se validaron tanto mis soft skills (como la gestión de stakeholders) como mis hard skills (definición de estrategia, priorización y ejecución).

Entrevista
One of the best processes I ever experimented in my professional life: probably the best!
This was a parade of green flags from the first moment I was recruited and followed all and every step of the way. Here are some special highlights:
- Recruiter: This was the most human approach I have ever experienced. The recruiter was in every step of the way, providing the right guidance, feedback and solving any emerging doubt.
- The interview structure: The type of questioning and product sense/whiteboard interview were borderline fun :D I say this because we don't expect to have a pleasant moment in hiring process but here it was for sure! I felt that every step helped me to not only present my true value and possible contribution to the company as the other way around, I could have a lot of glimpses of what the company brings to the table too.
