They took 3 rounds which were quite good and engaging. Mainly asked questions from my background and work profession. After three rounds, they asked me to submit scanned copy of my documents such as payslips, educations certificate, etc. which was very wierd. When I asked them to give me offer letter post that I will share them, to which they strictly said No. my advice to you guys is please provide the offer letter to candidate post that ask for documents verification. The way you can’t trust candidate with offer letter, candidate also cannot trust you with their documents.
