I was contacted by HR to schedule a 20 minutes call which was a basic introductory call, telling me about the company and knowing my background. The HR then scheduled a 30-45 minutes interview with the Hiring manager. The manager was very polite and made me comfortable. Then he started with some background questions related to my resume and various QA Automation technologies like selenium. I was asked to write a code using selenium and a language of my choice for an e-commerce website (a basic validation test case). After that some behavioral questions. The manager was highly inclined towards the me being technically good but also being a cultural fit. After this round I was invited for onsite interviews. It consisted of 4 rounds lasting approximately 1 hour each. They provided lunch (obviously). First two rounds were technical in nature and involved coding questions, language related questions and automation/QA questions. Third round was a mix of behavioral and technical questions and last round was with the hiring manager which was completely behavioral. I got the call of acceptance the next day. They gave a good package with good benefits. A decent negotiation should not be an issue.

Applied online and got an email for an initial phone interview. I had to reschedule but unfortunately before rescheduling I had an emergency meeting at work. Got rescheduled and interviewed with the hiring manager. She is sweet and a strict type, however I didn't like that she kept grilling me on why I did not reschedule earlier and I had apologized. I intentionally butchered interview because I already felt toxic around her. I wish I did not attend the interview but instead I had to be polite.
