Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Docusign (San Francisco, CA) em out. de 2018
Entrevista
The DocuSign recruiter reached out to me, based on my LinkedIn profile and status, for a senior role in the Customer Success team. It took 4 painful weeks or longer to actually talk to him.
When reaching out, asked me about my availability with a sense of urgency, which I very quickly sent back to him: with lots of flexibility on my calendar. No reply.
More than a week later, the same. 'What's your availability next couple of days?' I shared, and I haven't heard back for more than a week.
A couple of follow-ups later from me via Linkedin he wanted to talk to me again, a third attempt. Same thing. I proposed dates and time, this time though I heard back after few days: he asked me for a call within 2h (!) of his response. As I couldn't make it, we once again deferred.
It was 5+ weeks of lots of frustration until we finally spoke. That didn't go well, some sort of strange vibration during the call, I had the feeling he didn't really want to talk to me at all. Either way, as a next steps he suggested that I'd elaborate on my profile and expectations for a future role in a mail, which I've done right after the call. I have never received as much as an acknowledgment of my mail. By this time, I had taken DocuSign off my list of target companies already.
This was the most frustrating and unprofessional interview experience I have had. Maybe because the recruiter joined DocuSign only 6 months earlier and didn't know about his company? My experience with his former employer was much better :)
And as a result of this process, every time that I sign a form with DocuSign no, I think of this very poor experience. It says much about the value of Customer Service, and how this includes the discipline of recruiting.
Thank you for this feedback. This is very disappointing and does not meet our standards for respecting candidates time and effort that you put into interviewing with us. We'd like to hear more. Ifyou are open to it, please reach out to Nic Jagoe at Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com.

Virtual and very good experience overall though they were vague about how many interviews their were a every time I thought I was done they’d schedule two more. Everyone was nice though and it was very conversational.

Seamless and enjoyable interview process. Both the lead recruiter and recruiting coordinator were incredibly accessible and transparent about the process and keeping me updated. Entire process took about 2 weeks with 4 calls and one presentation. Everyone I met with was energetic and took the time to understand my background and answer all questions DocuSign! This by far was the most efficient interview process I’ve been a part of.
