The internal interview process went ok. DocuSign growth in the last two years left the wrong hiring culture. No focus on internal talent development; instead, it focuses now on hiring external people. DocuSign lost already lots of tremendous talents, and more will follow. Advice listen to your existing employees. Have a deeper look at your leadership team/ HM who is in charge of hiring but just joined DocuSign no knowledge of culture fit and focus on talent development
