Overall positive experience and really liked my recruiter, Christy, who was very communicative throughout the whole process and helped guide me when I was considering 2 similar roles. She was clear about comp and whether we would be compatible to move forward. First round was phone screens and second round was a mix of behavioral and case studies. The values and positive things I had read about Docusign on Glassdoor all resonated through my interviews. Diverse panel and I talked to smart people who I could tell I could learn a lot from. Process took about a month, as some folks were on PTO, and they were flexible with the start date.

Met with the recruiter and then the hiring manager before being asked to complete a case study. All was very fair up to that point until they had me submit the case study only to say I wasn’t moving forward in the hiring process. Everywhere else I’ve interviewed at least allowed me to present my work that I invested a lot of time in.
