Interviewed with the Head of Design, and had to do a technical interview where I had to show a step by step of a possible onboarding process for Dogdrop. It was very open-ended where I had to work in silence and could ask the interviewer for any assets and he could assist me in bouncing ideas off the wall. Overall, the most intimidating interview of my life and I always hated being put on the spot to design but I don't know really what he was looking for in a 15 min period to design an entire onboarding process for a fictitious company.
