Process consisted of:
- Recruiter screening interview - 30 min
- Manager interview, 60 min
- Peer interview, 30 min
- Role play interview w/ Manager and Head of EMEA, 60 min
The interviewers made sure to not only ask me question but to give me a lot of space to ask mine as well. A big focus was to make sure my expectations on the role was aligned with what the role entailed. Made for an extremely professional process and gave me great confidence in what to expect when joining.

Interview process with DoiT International was seamless and completed within a few weeks. Constitutes of 4 interview stages with regular check-ins with the talent acquisition team.
1. Initial screening call with HR
2. Manager Interview.
3. Co-Worker Interview.
4. Role Play Scenario/ Customer Presentation.

Entrevista
Interview process was pretty straightforward. First interview was with a recruiter to determine fit and learn about DoiT. Second interview was with an executive and a hiring manager diving into current experience as well as a gauge for ability to succeed as an FSR. Last interview was with the hiring manager diving into current sales experience, knowledge of cloud, and potential fit. ~6-8 weeks from first interview to offer.

Entrevista
A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and paid close attention to my profile and resume to make sure I was a good fit for the role before reaching out. Their outreach immediately caught my attention. From there, there were three rounds of interviews. All interviews were very transparent and authentic, and interviewers were direct with questioning. The recruiter was prompt in letting me know if I made it to the next round, and was extremely communicative throughout the process. Expectations were clearly communicated, as was feedback. One of the best interview processes I've ever been through.
