Great experience with fantastic people and the whole interview process was really conversational like everyone says in the reviews. I felt wanted and looked after from the beginning and I couldn't have wished for a better recruiter on my side than Martin!

Entrevista
4 rounds. HR, BDR teammate, head of sales, BDR manager. Had an exercise to find three companies of ICP you would cold outreach to and explain to head of sales with a slide presentation. Only a couple of slides. Final round with BDR manager is a mock cold call for general persona, not a specific person. Camera was off during exercise. Strong feedback but no offer.

Entrevista
The interview process is intensive and aimed at ensuring that the right candidates are selected to proceed. Whilst in depth and challenging, you are given the guidance and support throughout to give you every chance to succeed.
4 stages:
- initial Introduction and discussion about the role
- Meet one of the existing team members - Language check (if applicable) and to get a feel for the candidate.
- meet with Manager - Presentation exercise.
- Role-play - mock call to check understanding and sales approach is compatible.
