Multiple interviews - all of which were warm & friendly - that culminated in a project to be presented to multiple people from Doing Things. Project went well, as per their response, and then … crickets. Nothing at all. All that work. All that stress and background work. All those nice statements. And nothing.

Interview process was 8 weeks, told it would be 3 weeks. 5 interviews plus a project plus a presentation. Many of the interviews were questions the previous had asked - far too many redundant interviews that lacked any substance. After 8 weeks of interviewing and presenting the final presentation, zero contact from the Hiring team led me to have to follow up about whether or not an offer was coming. After multiple follow ups, I received an informal email that I would not be receiving an offer - this email came at 3 oclock in the morning. The interview process was far more exhaustive than it needed to be, and lack of clarity surrounding an offer plus poorly communicated professionalism left highly negative experience with the company.
