I was applying for the above mentioned role as I spoke all the languages they required with over ten years of working experience in similar field. Took a week for a respond. Whilst understanding that they may have a large pool of candidates to go through, it was still a bit disappointing that they had only sent me an email with two sentences. First sentence stating that my application was not further considered and second sentence wishing me luck for my job hunting.

After applying for the job, I was invited to a 5-step hiring process that was completed remotely. The first two steps were test tasks followed by three interviews with different team members. Everyone was very friendly, polite and genuinely interested in finding a good match for the role.
