Typical interview process - initial call with a recruiter, hiring manager video interview, separate panel video interviews with 4 others. First couple steps were straight forward, the panel interviews were challenging with scheduling and having to answer the same questions 4 times. A true panel interview would have been more efficient. Final decision was also slow to be determined. Even though I wasn't selected for the position, I already had multiple other offers and had accepted one before I was notified. I did communicate that I had other offers to the recruiter but it didn't speed up the decision and I later learned that the information wasn't given to the hiring manager.
