Phone interview, remote standardized testing online, in-person interview. The hiring process took about 2 weeks and included the basic questions and scenarios of retail management and customer services operations. Nothing new here.
I was promoted internally. I went from cashier, to lead key, to assistant manager, then to manager. The interview was over the phone, and the questions were easy to answer since I was very familiar at that point with the policies of DG.

Short interview. Didn't seem like the person wanted to be there. I don't think they pay enough. Glad I didn't take job. I declined the job. Very happy now. I hope they can find someone to fill the position.

Interview was short and direct, very proffesional. Questions were relevant and there was even even a follow up email. The interviewer reached out to me about the position. The initial interview was a phone call.
