Very vague details on specific requirements for the job. Screening process was not well thought out. Interviewer seemed uninterested in background and skill set. No set timeline on when feedback or status of being employed would be communicated.

Met with the GM first, was told the DM would contact me for a second interview. 2.5 months later I received a voicemail trying to setup my second interview. They apologized for the time gap and blamed it on a clerical error. At that point in time I was already hired and working for Family Dollar so needless to say I did not go to the second one.
