Applied online and had to take assessment tests which took about an hour. A few weeks later I got a call from the store manager to come in for an interview. It was a very basic interview and quite easy at that point. I was offered the job that day to start training soon but I declined the offer.

Called me for interview. Basically went in asked me if I would like to work mornings or night shirt told me what she needs. Giving job immediately. Not much interviewing. Hold I would receive email fill it out. I would begin work as soon as it was received.

Entrevista
The general manager took my into the back room, where her office was. The computers were down so she had to get all of my information on paper. I was asked general questions about my personality, what I would do if someone like __ came into the store, and if I cared about store safety records, etc.
