Very detail oriented and informative. A walk through of the daily duties was done and I was shown what needed to be handled every night. The manager gave me a run down of what to expect and showed me how to properly keep the shelves organized. It was very helpful.

There was alot of interview questions based on my previous retail experience and what I would be expected to do.
it was little to no process, I just applied and got a phone call to come in for an interview the next day. I was just asked basic questions and got the job, nothing difficult at all.

Entrevista
The typical interview process is very informal by the end of the interview. Almost desperate for recruits, which at the time seemed very concerning. Though now that I've been working here for more than 9 months I can see that people are often interchanged here a lot. The most time employees spend at this career is up to two years.

Entrevista
The interview was great they were very down to earth and easy to talk to with direct questions. Knew I was hired by the next day. Excited to start and get to know the ropes a little more.
