Manager was a little to friendly. Kept touching me and calling me hon, dear or princess. The first day of orientation the manager had an emergency and did not show up. He failed to communicate that to me. When I came in for orientation it had been reschudled without notifying me.

Let's see the interviewer did not show for interview. I had to return because she had forgot that she didn't come into 30mins later. 1 word question interview "Why do you want to work with for Dollar Tree." Of course I aced it. Hired same day.
Pros: flexible schedule
Cons: only 4hour shifts, little training, low pay, no clear goals, too much inventory on foot, very disorganized.

quick and smooth. The whole process was very smooth and organized. Please dress professionally they will look at that dont come all kinds of way. But because its a somewhat small store they are very thorough about who they hire for the company
