paper application, sat down with district manager and store manager for face to face interview. They called me with offer the next day and then the on-boarding process began. They do a background check, but do hire felons, based on what the charge is. No violent crime or theft background is accepted.

Interview was too easy. Interviewer did not give me all of the details about the position. Interviewer let me know the top pay and they wanted me right away but the hiring supervisor asked her to get me to take a very low number for this role.

The interview process was professional, The store manager seemed nice. I though this would be a decent place to work. After being offered the job and accepting. The District Manager instead fill the position with his own applicant without ever notifying me.
