I brought in an application and handed it to the assistant manager who gave it to the manager. They called me into an interview in the office, and I was hired. They said they needed someone in the evenings to recover the store.
Easy, quick, direct. No nonsense about their needs. Hired immediately after interview, but work culture was good at my location unlike others in my area. It was in-person… at the front of the store, in public viewing, though.
