It's simple: after the assessment, you get a quick response and an offer. There is no interview. Usually, it takes one to two weeks to get the offer. The training is not difficult, but the problem is the customers
Interview process was easy . There was only one round of interview. Just ask few questions about personality and work history. Then few questions regarding customer experience and services and how we can deal with such situations.
