Applied online and received a request to pick a time for a phone interview since Warehouse is not near San Francisco (their HQ). The interviewer was about 5 minutes late calling. She discussed the job details and asked if there were any questions. We talked a bit and I detailed my experience. Then we went into the math portion. See interview questions below. Overall, the interviewer was nice. However, the job is definitely more of a logistics/operations assistant with some HR qualities. The position calls the temp agencies to get the number of individuals it needs, tracks their clock in/out (have to make your own database as they don't use ADP, Kronos, Workday, etc.), and lets the agencies know if the individual is late/doesn't show up. There is no other HR person onsite. Only the Warehouse Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager. Overall, I was glad I didn't receive an offer due to the reviews on here. I love the company's aesthetic but business wise it sounds like they still have a while to go to be a good company to work for.
