Applied and was reached out to by HR. Set up a Panel Interview - STAR Method for answering questions about conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and all the other basic technical questions associated with the position. A week or so after interview I was called and offered a position and explained the benefits and salary. Emailed everything we spoked about as well as the offer later that day.
