Usually, the company conducts 2 interviews.
1) HR Screening
2) Panel interview with Manager and 2 others
HR takes the time to review your resume and ask questions about location, along with providing details about the company. During the panel interview, a case study or assignment may be given to test your skills. Additionally, the manager will ask behavioral and personally questions.
