at their London branch which must be completly disorganised I had an interview first and trial later on the day of the interview, where the person I was meant to be interviewed by never appeared. So eventually somebody else appeared. I was invited for a trial where I went and thereon I never heard from them. Never have I had a trial without any recognition of the fact;ie regection/acceptance/feedback after 6-7 weeks I reapplied (same email/cv/same person responded). I was invited for an interview again, whereupon I mentioned that I had a trial in the recent past aiming not to waste my time or theirs. We left it that they will look into that previous "record". Whereupon after some back and fourth I was informed that they had no need for my services. Keeping in mind that I was applying for their enty level pastry position, I feel like I was treated like my time has no worth. clearly not a place to learn and grow
