Was given a phone interview first, very intense then a face to face. Interview was very thorough. Interviewed by a VP of them company and had to go through a personality test, background and drug test.

Online application completed quickly normal online application process. Received phone interview within 10days. Set up date and time for onsite interview, only to be called and rescheduled for a different day a few hours later. Arrived onsite for interview 5 minutes early. Regional Manager greeted me and stated I don't have keys so I cant get any interview questions but I can wing it. (This made me feel as though my time and qualifications were not important.) Interviewed lasted for 45 minutes, ending with Regional manager telling me usually our process for interviews is phone, in person, if I like you then I ask you to complete online assessment , and then if you fall into our company guidelines I have you back for a 2nd interview with my manager. However we are all going to be out of state next week on a conference, so I will be touching base after that. I waited till the following week after the conference and called my interviewer. 1st she had no clue what I was talking about when I relayed who I was and was inquiring about the interview I had 11 days ago seeing about the next step. Once I reminder interviewer of the interview we had had I was told. Oh sorry I've been playing catch up as we were all out of state last week, and was told she had planned to review candidates tomorrow and would be touching base with me in the evening. As of 3 days later I have not heard back.
